The diversity of Asteraceae

September 3rd. Guided tour on Asteraceae. In english.

Botanist Nicola Bergh researches the diversity of the largest plant family, Asteraceae (also known as Compositae). Join us on a walk through parts of the garden with a focus on plants from this family.

Nicola will show examples of the diversity within the family together with experienced gardener Maria Sjöstedt, who has worked with the garden’s dahlias, perennials and summer flowers for many years.

The tour will be in English (Nicola speaks and understands some Swedish).

Location: Meeting point at the entrance.

Fee: 100 SEK. Registration and payment are made by phone through the Visitor Centre +46 10 473 77 77 (select option 2 for the shop).
